About The Hunt

The Hunt is an editorial guide to publicly-advertised estate sales, vintage markets, and private sales in the Los Angeles area. We do not host sales, facilitate transactions, or represent sellers. Listings are curated in good faith; accuracy of dates, inventory, and availability is not guaranteed. Always confirm details with the sale's organizer before travelling.

Subscription tiers

• Free: weekly email digest. No payment required.
• Insider ($12/mo or $108/yr): weekly digest plus real-time SMS alerts and exact addresses. 14-day free trial.
• Trade ($49/mo, application-only): for designers and dealers. Currently accepting applications.

SMS messaging terms

By providing your mobile number and ticking the consent box at checkout, you agree to receive automated SMS alerts from The Hunt about Must Hunt estate sales in Los Angeles.

• Message frequency: up to 3 messages per week.
• Charges: message and data rates may apply, charged by your wireless carrier — not by The Hunt.
• Opt-out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation reply. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
• Help: reply HELP for support information, or email hello@thehuntla.com.
• Supported carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Sprint, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and most other US carriers.
• Carrier liability: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Billing

Insider subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial. No payment is collected during the trial. After the trial, your card is charged the rate you selected (monthly or yearly) and renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from your account or by emailing hello@thehuntla.com.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.

Acceptable use

Content from The Hunt is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish digest content, SMS alerts, or exact addresses without written permission. Automated scraping of subscriber-only content is prohibited.

No warranties

The Hunt is provided as-is. We make no warranties about the availability, accuracy, or completeness of listings. We are not responsible for losses, damages, or disputes arising from any transaction at a sale we featured. Sales are between you and the sale organizer; The Hunt is not a party.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
